AQIC AND SQDC STRENGTHEN THEIR TIESAQIC

Quebec City, January 27, 2022 The Cannabis Industry Association of Quebec (AQIC) is pleased to announce the holding of four statutory meetings with the Société québécoise du cannabis (SQDC) for the year 2022.

The AQIC relies on a collaborative approach with its members, government authorities and industry stakeholders to be a reliable representative and trustworthy interlocutor.

The recreational, medical, therapeutic, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic cannabis value chain is fundamental to build a sustainable business environment for our members.

The Quebec cannabis industry relations with the SQDC are therefore essential to the supply chain of recreational cannabis products and to a transparent and fair business environment for Quebec producers.

It is in this spirit of collaboration that the AQIC wishes to thank the SQDC for recognizing the need to continue to build a dialogue with our industry, as it has been doing since the entry into force of legalization in 2018.

This series of meetings will allow us to work together on the commercial issues linking our organizations. That is why the AQIC is now setting up a new committee: the SQDC Relations Committee.

A better understanding for forthcoming actions
