A First in Canada for the AQIC with the Launch of a Virtual Members’ AreaAQIC

Published 2 June 2022 by AQIC

Quebec City, June 2, 2022 — After successful working meetings with the Société Québécoise du cannabis (SQDC) and gains made in the federal budget, the Quebec cannabis industry association (AQIC) is announcing another great news with the launch of a brand-new members’ area on its website.

This platform will allow AQIC members and industry players to collaborate on projects of common interest, to post notices, to have access to the latest news and information as well as to a documentation center. Members will receive, once a day, text message notifications with a link to new announcements posted in the members’ area. This service, reserved to members of the cannabis industry, is a first in Canada.

Furthermore, the Cannabis Marketplace will allow members to post ads to find or sell cannabis products. While the Member Services page will allow them to post ads to find or offer products and services for the cannabis industry.

The platform will also allow members to exchange files and communicate with other members of the association, Canadian and foreign companies, and authorized users.

With these new exclusive services, AQIC hopes to create a greater synergy within the Quebec cannabis industry and thus create conditions conducive to its economic development. This is especially important today as the global legal cannabis market is expanding and businesses face increased competition.

Once again, this demonstrates the leadership of the Association and its will to be the voice of the Quebec cannabis industry ecosystem at the provincial, national and international levels.

All the services are available to organizations working in the cannabis industry (in the botanical sense). For example research centers, doctors, ministries and organizations, formation centers, industrial hemp, cultivation, transformation, sales, pharmaceuticals, nutraceutical, natural products, animal health, building and textiles, cosmetics, etc.

Organizations, whether Canadian or foreign, wishing to have access to the services may contact the AQIC’s coordinator.
