Licensed Canadian producers of cannabis and laboratories authorized to conduct analytical testing on cannabis are regulated by Health Canada under the Cannabis Act, throughout all stages of manufacturing, post-harvest processing, extraction of medical grade cannabis products, testing, packaging, labeling and post-market monitoring.
The QAQCC Program allows Canada to lead the charge in QA/QC for cannabis production and products, allowing our graduate student trainees to be one of the first cohorts of its kind in the world.
