Pierre Leclerc

With a wealth of experience in provincial and federal politics, Pierre is a high-level strategic advisor with over twenty-five years' experience as an entrepreneur and manager. Most notably, he held the position of Chief of Staff in the Quebec government, where he worked actively on the first Quebec cannabis legislation. Thanks to his experience as an entrepreneur in the forestry, lighting and artificial intelligence industries and his experience in government, he has a perfect understanding of entrepreneurs and public decision-makers realities.

As part of his duties, Pierre is involved in a number of priority issues for AQIC members, such as the obstacles to operat in the legal economy faced by licenced cannabis producers in Quebec. His public and government relations skills enable him to ensure that AQIC continues to play a leading role as the industry's interlocutor with governments and stakeholders.
