Philippe Depault​

Philippe Dépault is an engineer by training and a member of the cannabis industry advisory committee led by ISED. He is also the founder of the cannabis brand Maitri—distributed by the SQDC and now owned by Canopy Growth—and currently serves as president and co-founder of the Granby-based distribution center Québec Craft Cannabis.

Québec Craft Cannabis is one of the SQDC’s suppliers with the largest pool of micro-producers among the products it distributes. Québec Craft has made its mark in the Quebec market by offering representation and distribution services to small-scale artisanal growers and by facilitating their access to the market. Our motivation is to share our knowledge and shed light on the reality faced by Quebec’s micro-producers. With a strategic approach, our efforts are constructive and collaborative.
