Maxime Vachon

Maxime has over ten years of experience in the consumer goods sector. He currently serves as Sales Director for Quebec and Ontario at Organigram Global, where he is responsible for sales strategy and business development in these two key markets.

Maxime joined Organigram in 2022. Following the company's acquisitions, he has leveraged the Laurentian Organic and MOTIF Labs portfolios to introduce innovative products in both Quebec and Ontario, thereby strengthening Organigram’s market leadership.

Prior to joining Organigram, Maxime held key account management roles at Kellogg’s and Lactalis, two world-renowned companies. These experiences enabled him to develop strong skills in negotiation, strategic partnership management, and the creation of joint business plans.

Passionate about retail and continuous improvement, Maxime places the consumer at the heart of his decision-making. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Université du Québec en Outaouais.
