Akram Aloulou

Akram Aloulou is the CEO of ONO Cannabis and founder of QualiBis Consulting Inc., a firm specializing in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and product development in the medical cannabis, pharmaceutical, and natural health products sectors.

With a degree in biochemistry and molecular medicine, he began his career in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries, where he acquired solid expertise in quality systems management and regulatory compliance. With the legalization of cannabis, he joined this emerging industry and held key positions with major players such as Aurora Cannabis, Laurentian Organic, and Organigram. He then joined ONO Cannabis in 2022 as Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs QAP, before taking on the role of CEO.

With over 14 years of international experience, Akram assists governments, public institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and licensed producers in implementing regulatory frameworks and quality systems that comply with GACP, GMP, and EU-GMP standards. His expertise contributes to the development of reliable supply chains that are aligned with international standards.
