The report entitled “Intégration et rétention des consommateurs de cannabis dans le marché légal” was published today. According to the report, “the mission of the Société québécoise de cannabis (SQDC) is to integrate and retain cannabis consumers in the legal market, from a health protection perspective, without encouraging cannabis consumption. Since its creation, the SQDC has captured some 60% of the illegal cannabis market. However, SQDC's advisory service, product purchasing process and price competitiveness need to be improved.”
