Today is the 6th anniversary of the legalization of cannabis. It's a day to take stock of how far we've come, but also to look at how far we still have to go. And while we've faced many obstacles, we remain convinced that the best is yet to come. For change is upon us, and new opportunities are on the horizon. Whether at provincial and national level, with elections approaching, or internationally, with regulatory developments in the USA, Europe, Latin America and even Asia.
The next few years will be decisive in determining our future. And since there is nothing more powerful than the collective voice, we firmly believe that together we will be able to seize the opportunities that lie ahead, but also break through the glass ceiling to shape an innovative, sustainable and prosperous industry. The AQIC will continue to work hard to ensure that the medical, ecological and economic potential of cannabis is fully recognized here and beyond our borders, and to help our local producers navigate through the many changes ahead.
