For one day, women from the worlds of agriculture, herbalism, hemp, cannabis, and the living world came together to exchange ideas, learn, build connections, and shine a light on their journeys. Through discussions, shared moments, and meaningful encounters, the day highlighted the richness of their expertise and the importance of creating spaces where women can come together, support one another, and move forward collectively.
Throughout the event, we had the privilege of hearing inspiring voices and opening up essential conversations about the deep connection between women and plants. Whether the focus was entrepreneurship, innovation, knowledge sharing, or leadership, each contribution helped nurture a meaningful collective reflection.
Created by the AQIC, this event aims to bring together women from Quebec’s plant industries so they can not only share tools and experiences, but also gain even greater momentum. In sectors that are rapidly evolving, where the challenges are very real, women’s voices carry hope, innovation, and solutions.
We would therefore like to warmly thank everyone who contributed to making this second edition a success: the participants, panelists, partners, and all those who, in one way or another, support the Femmes et Plantes event. Your presence, trust, and commitment give this initiative its full meaning.
