QUEBEC CITY, Dec. 1, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - AGA Group Insurance and WBL have joined forces with AQIC (Association québécoise de l'industrie du cannabis) to become its official group insurance partners. 

AQIC members, for whom the health of their workforce and families is a priority, are positioning themselves as employers of choice. Indeed, they will be offering one of the best performing association plans on the market, demonstrating their dynamic and avant-garde character.

Founded in 2019, the Association québécoise de l'industrie du cannabis (AQIC) represents an ecosystem within which there are companies operating in Quebec that are subject to federal and provincial legislation and regulations, or that have commercial or professional activities related to cannabis. 

The Association currently has approximately 50 members, including companies involved in recreational and medical cannabis cultivation, medical cannabis micro-culture, processing and extraction, and research (regular members), as well as companies whose commercial or professional activities are related to cannabis (associate members).
